Did you know that the Democratic Governor has just signed Executive Order No. 17, doubling down on pushing affordable housing into every town in New Jersey, making it “ . . . a whole-of-government approach to accelerating housing production.”

Translation: The State of NJ will be forcing more and more unfair housing mandates on towns, bypassing home rule and local zoning and planning laws.

More traffic, pressure on services, and impacts to schools, finances, and quality of life.
